Does v1 or v2 give me WhatsApp Web or Cloud API?
Both editions support both. Every v1 and v2 plan includes WhatsApp Web (QR) and the official Meta Cloud API. You can run them side-by-side, or pick whichever fits each number/use case.
So what's the real difference between v1 and v2?
v1 is the all-in-one PaaS — workspaces, AI training, web scraping, number scanner, broader module library, and monthly/yearly/lifetime pricing ($10 → $99/mo, or $500 → $1500 one-time). v2 is the modular inbox SaaS — Live Chat, Tickets, AI Voice Bot, Storefront, and 20+ addons, sold at $3 → $15/mo with up to 90-day free trials.
Are lifetime plans really lifetime?
Yes — pay once, use forever, including all future updates within that plan tier. Lifetime is only on v1 (Basic $500 · Pro $600 · Enterprise $1,500).
What's a "device"?
One connected WhatsApp number (either via QR or Cloud API). The plan caps how many devices you can have active concurrently. Add more by upgrading the plan or buying addons.
How are messages counted?
v1: each outbound message (Web or Cloud) counts against your monthly quota. v2: same — Starter 1,000, Basic 5,000, Enterprise 10,000/month. For Cloud API messages, Meta's per-conversation fees apply at cost separately.
Can I switch from v1 to v2 (or vice versa)?
Yes. Most customers start on v1 (lifetime) for low TCO and move to v2 when they need its inbox/ticketing UX. We help with the migration.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — 7-day refund window on monthly/yearly plans. Lifetime plans are non-refundable after 14 days; please trial before purchasing.
